Weekend Warrior Promotional Products was established in Pittsburgh over 20 years ago by owners Maura Sevier-Burgess and Ed Burgess (who joined the company a few years later on a full-time basis), and has worked with customers of all types and sizes over the years. While we tend to work well with companies that embrace technology, we also work well with non-profits and volunteer organizations that may have limited resources. Size and budget doesn't matter - we can usually find a solution that fits!
Over the years, we have found that a collaborative approach works best - we interview new clients to gain a clear understanding of the messages to be driven, or the challenges to be overcome, and we work closely with those clients in developing plans to address those needs. While many in our industry seem to "lead with product", we prefer to provide solutions that specifically address the goal of the project. In other words, for every project, we try to consider the expected return on investment (ROI) - we want our clients to get the best bang for their buck EVERY time!
With access to over 3000 suppliers, we can source just about any item that has ever been custom-decorated. And because we can see the peer review ratings of each of those suppliers, we frequently can save our clients headaches by steering them away from suppliers that have less-than-ideal ratings. This is just another way for Weekend Warrior to stretch our customers investments!
Most of our customers tell us that they prefer to deal with an owner (rather than the "rep of the week" at larger firms), so our intention is to continue to grow at a reasonable rate that allows both of the owners, Maura and Ed, to provide a very high level of service to ALL customers. Our best customers believe in the power of promotional product marketing, value the integrity of their logo, and want to get the best return they can for their promo dollar investment.
